New Salipro & cancer research
The membrane protein SMO is an important drug target for cancer therapy. By combining Salipro® technology with cryoEM, the Yifan Cheng lab was able to visualise this class F GPCR protein in its apo state. Congratulations to the team for the structure of Salipro®-SMO!
