Salipro Biotech announces research collaboration with Top10 Japanese pharmaceutical company

Swedish biotech company Salipro Biotech AB today announced that it has entered into a research collaboration with a Top10 Japanese pharma company to advance a program by using the Salipro® platform on a challenging drug target selected by the pharmaceutical partner. In the course of the collaboration, Salipro Biotech will tailor its proprietary platform technology to enable drug discovery towards the selected target.

This deal takes advantage of Salipro Biotech’s unique expertise and proprietary technology to stabilize previously inaccessible drug targets such as GPCRs, ion channels and transporters and make them accessible for the development of next generation therapeutics.
