New study - Salipro® enables the study of interactions between neurosteroids and GABAA receptors using cryoEM

Exciting news: The Salipro® platform enabled the discovery of crucial insights into allopregnanolone, an important therapeutic for postpartum depression. 

This work presented by Ryan Hibbs, Erik Lindahl and colleagues deciphered atomic-level details on the interactions of neurosteroids as well as allopregnanolone with GABAA receptors, advancing our understanding of their complex mechanisms of action. 

Kudos to the teams for their outstanding contributions on these important therapeutics!
